Position Overview: The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the brand’s social media presence across platforms. The role focuses on content execution, consistency, engagement, and supporting brand growth through strong daily social media activity.
Responsibilities
- Publishing daily content across social media platforms and ensuring brand consistency
- Coordinating posts, stories, reels, and short-form content with the creative team
- Monitoring comments and messages, engaging with the community, and escalating issues when needed
- Tracking basic performance insights (reach, engagement, growth) and reporting key observations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and executing content plans
- Strong understanding of platform formats and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Good communication skills and a detail-oriented, organized working style
- Experience in fashion/apparel or B2B brands is a strong advantage
